Who we are

Root to Rise was established in 2022. We are located in downtown Rock Springs on Main Street right across from the iconic yellow train and above Hallmark. We cherish our sweet location with festivities year round and being able to be a part of our community. We are truly grateful for the warm welcome to downtown and for all of the individuals and families we’re honored to work with.

At Root to Rise we specialize in play therapy offering several types of play including child-centered, experiential, and synergetic play therapy. We have a state-of-the-art play space designed for the optimal play therapy experience. We also offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which is an eye-movement therapy that helps process traumatic memories and difficult emotions finding solutions to everyday problems.
